Who we are
Lanham-Love Consulting (LLC) was founded by Angie Lanham-Love and Keith Orffer. We assist companies in developing an effective consulting strategy for maximum B-BBEE benefit. We will engage with you and explore your specific transformation needs to find your “best-fit” solution.
To implement the amended codes effectively, it is imperative that your transformation strategy aligns with your business strategy, in order to achieve the best possible B-BBEE compliance level. This dictates a top-down strategic solution that requires executive involvement.
What we do
Our differentiating factor is that we pride ourselves on “innovatively embracing and integrating transformation to the point of business growth and development“. Our key philosophy is to create solutions that result in additional benefits and increased compliance across multiple elements of the scorecard.
The amended codes have made B-BBEE a complex and expensive exercise. We, therefore, believe that monies spent should equate back to the company in either business benefit or points scoring in multiple elements.
Our team of key professionals
Angie Lanham-Love
Angie has been consulting in B-BBEE strategy development and implementation since 2004. She has vast experience in all the pillars of B-BBEE across multiple sector charters, from strategy formulation to implementation, including ownership design, structure and implementation. She has a BCom degree in Business from Wits University.
Monique Hilton
Monique transitioned into the B-BBEE consulting space after over 20 years in management roles in the travel and financial services industries. She comes with extensive experience in project and people management and is committed to ensuring clients achieve their desired level of compliance at the lowest cost per point.
Nick Glutz
Nick studied Chemical Engineering from 2011 to 2013, taught Mathematics for a few years and then got into B-BBEE space in 2017. Nick’s 5 years of B-BBEE experience include being a Senior Verification Analyst, a Data Analyst, a Consultant and a BEE Trax™ Background Developer. Nick’s strengths lie in Data Processing, Analysis and Audit Preparation.
Sanjiv Ramithlal
Sanjiv Ramithlal is a B-BBEE consultant at Lanham-Love Consulting. Sanjiv has an accountancy background but landed in the B-BBEE sphere and have been for the past several years. Sanjiv is patient and meticulous worker and certainly a perfectionist. He has a strong business ethic and strive for success in all spheres of life.
Japie Britz
Japie completed his LLB degree in 2007 and was admitted as an attorney of the High Court in 2009.
Japie has extensive B-BBEE knowledge and experience in the past 13 years in the various capacities:
- as a verification analyst,
- as a technical signatory
- as a skills specialist
- as a consultant.
Japie completed his MDP B-BBEE in 2016.
Since August 2018, Japie has headed up the Gauteng operations of BDO Verification Services.
Japie has decided to return to consulting and currently works as a B-BBEE consultant for Lanham-Love Consulting.
Ruaan Coetzer
Ruaan has an 11-year track record in the B-BBEE Audit and Consulting landscape. He has a passion for driving empowerment and business transformation in the complex landscape of all B-BBEE sectors.
Maria Kunene
Maria holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting. She has a strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures, and is proficient in using various accounting software programs. Maria is a highly motivated and an organized individual with experience in bookkeeping, data entry, and financial reporting. She is also proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. She is eager to learn new things and take on new challenges.
Miyoba Chitibwi
Miyoba is a young, motivated worker who is eager to contribute her positive energy, diligence, and determination to the team. She has a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Business Management. She is capable of delivering excellent, on-time, and high-quality work in the B-BBBEE sector as she critically evaluates and analyses all the contents of her work.
Chantal Jansen
Chantal supports the LLC team in an administration and financial capacity. She has a bookkeeping qualification from Damelin and has been working in the accounts area since 2006.
Delight Ndebele
Delight is an enthusiastic young professional who was intrigued with the BEE space and wanted to be a part of the cause, she has a BCom Business Management degree from the University of Johannesburg. She is part of the rating division at LLC and delivers impeccable work because of her strong work ethic. She is a dedicated individual who has prospects of climbing the corporate ladder and making a mark in the business industry. She strongly lives by the mantra “Impossible is nothing”.
